Remember The Sabbath Day.

I am repeatedly asked "why do you go to church on Saturday?" Well, I am here to explain to you why.
Turn your bibles to Exodus Chapter 20. (I will be reading from the New King James Version) Let's read verse 8. And it states: "Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy." Let's pause there! What exactly is the "Sabbath day?" If we continue to verses 9-10, it will answer our question. "Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God."
Wow, this is deep! The "Sabbath day" is the seventh day of the week. The primary day of the week is which day? Monday? No, no, no. That's the primary day of the school week. However, SUNDAY is the first day of the week. So let's count. Sunday= day 1, Monday= day 2, Tuesday= day 3, Wednesday=day 4, Thursday= day 5, Friday= day 6, and FINALLY, Saturday= day 7. (SN: Let's remember that the name of the days are man-made. God did not create these names. He simply called these days by numbers.)
Now that we know what the "Sabbath day" is, why do I go to church on that day? Let's recall what was stated in verse 10. It states, "but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God." Okay, now let's fast forward to verse 11 towards the end. "Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it."
Is this making sense? Since the Lord specifically blessed the seventh day, and hallowed it, what does he want his children to do? The same exact thing! If it was not relevant to us to keep it holy, then why is it written in the 10 Commandments? (I'll leave you to ponder upon that question)
All in all, I am not trying to force upon you my faith. I am simply providing you with my knowledge on bible scripture, and why I practice these beliefs. These are not my words. Instead, they are taken from the bible itself. I hope you guys are open minded, and allow the spirit to dwell in you.
