The Wait Pt. 2

Many individuals doubt if there are even any men/women who will still wait until marriage. THEY ARE STILL OUT THERE! Ask Devon Franklin, and Meagan Good. I am also a living testimony. Here's a little advice. When you are in the initial "pre-dating" phase with someone, lay down your values. Let he/she know your boundaries. When you let them know from the beginning, "Hey I really value celibacy, and I do plan on waiting" you will see what kind of guy/lady you're dealing with. If he/she really wants to invest in you, he/she will be willing to wait with you. If he/she reacts in a complete opposite way, he/she is just not the one!

Now if you wait until you guys have already been dating for 6 months, and he/she tries a trick up their sleeve, and you're just like, "No, I'm anti-sex" he/she is going to look at you like your crazy. How can you blame them? YOU CAN'T! You did not lay down your boundaries. Now you're bae-less and crying to the Lord asking "why did he/she leave me?" I hate to break it to you, but that's why. Since there was a lack of communication about your values, there was a huge misunderstanding.

I just want to encourage those who do want to wait, and have yet found someone who is willing to wait with them, trust me they are out there. God just didn't send them your way yet. Be patient, and prepare your kingdom for your King/Queen. :) <3
