Mother & Daughter Day.

Do you know your parent or parents favorite color? How about their favorite hobby? Well, my mother's favorite color is red, and her favorite hobby is shopping like moi :) Now if you do not know the answers to my two questions, you have a serious dilemma. No worries, I have a solution!
I will use my mother and I as an example. On Friday's, my mother and I bond by going out to do grocery/clothing shopping, eat out like we did today at KeKe's Breakfast, and run last minute errands like paying bills.
Throughout the week, we are both busy with work, and I'm busy with school, meaning we don't really have time to bond. So we decided on our day off which is Friday, that we will have that one-on-one time together. I call it "Mother and Daughter Day." We catch up on each other's lives, and really get to know each other on a deeper level.
If you don't know much about your parent or parents, or want to develop a stronger connection with them, this is one of the many ways you can strengthen that bond.
It definitely works! My mother is practically my older sister/best friend and who wouldn't want that type of relationship?
